A licensed general contractor with over 40 years of experience in construction management, real estate development, and finance and property management, he holds an MBA with an emphasis in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.

Vice President (Project Management)

JAY MORIN

Jay Morin is our Vice President, having joined Monroe in 2017 as a Project Manager. He quickly advanced through the ranks and now oversees all pre-construction services, estimating, and project management.

Jay is a seasoned construction professional with a formal education in Construction Management from California State University, Long Beach. He began his career in the industry over 30 years ago as a laborer. He later became the Project Engineer for an asbestos abatement and demolition company and was eventually promoted to General Manager of that company’s structural fireproofing division. Her skills and experience make her an integral part of the Monroe Construction team.
