ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Founded by company President Doug Weitz in 1989, Monroe began as a full-service construction company specializing in commercial tenant improvements and building renovations throughout Southern California.

Today, our ability to customize product and services based on knowledge, skills, and experience is demonstrated by work completed on a multitude of diverse projects: corporate offices, entertainment facilities, medical, food service, retail, industrial, schools, and multifamily.

Coupled with other unique assignments, including explosives testing facilities, rocket manufacturing and testing, multimillion-dollar data centers, and structural retrofit and repair of earthquake damage, also demonstrates our ability to meet and exceed the challenges of our customers’ needs.

Monroe expanded its operations in 2018, establishing Monroe Living, which is dedicated to the residential development industry. Monroe Living commenced with a single-family home building operation in the Coachella Valley and plans to grow the company with additional acquisitions and development in various Southern California locations.
